You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qizhi TreeUnion from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual service contract. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you violate these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chengdu, Sichuan Province.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
